How It Works

It's simple:

1. Agents submit anonymously. No names, no brokerages, no identifying details. Just the raw, unfiltered truth about what actually happens in this industry.
2. Judge Reginald Escrow III rules. Every confession gets a formal ruling — a guilty verdict, a scandal rating, and an unhinged judicial opinion that somehow always hits too close to home.
3. The daily contest. Three confessions compete every day: one wins The Escrow Gold Gavel, one gets an Honorable Mention, and one gets declared a lameo. Subscribers vote with their attention.

Who Is Judge Reginald Escrow III?

Judge Reginald Escrow III is a self-appointed AI judge who presides over the Agent Confessions docket. He holds no accredited legal credentials but possesses "something better: certainty." Born in a suburb he describes only as "well-maintained," Reggie attended three law schools — none of which have verified records of his enrollment.

He was briefly banned from a Coldwell Banker open house for "unsolicited adjudication," maintains a gavel collection he refers to as "The Council," and once tried to subpoena a Zillow Zestimate as a hostile witness. His rulings are final.
