By accessing or using AgentConfessions.com (the "Site"), subscribing to our newsletter, or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Request Results, INC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California corporation operating as Agent Confessions.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access, extract, or copy content from the Site without our express written permission.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

3. Content Submissions

By submitting a confession to Agent Confessions, you represent and warrant that:

• Your submission contains no real names, specific addresses, brokerage names, or any information that could identify a real person or business.
• Your submission is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your submission does not contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

Submissions must be anonymous and written in first person. We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, reject submissions that violate these guidelines, and moderate all content at our sole discretion. You will not receive compensation for any submissions.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, email templates, and the Judge Reginald Escrow III character — is the property of Request Results, INC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to Agent Confessions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your submission in any format, including email newsletters, the public website, social media, and promotional materials.

5. Entertainment Disclaimer

Agent Confessions and all content published herein — including but not limited to rulings, verdicts, scandal ratings, and any opinions expressed by the character Judge Reginald Escrow III — is entertainment only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, real estate, or professional advice of any kind.

Judge Reginald Escrow III is a fictional AI-generated character. He holds no accredited legal credentials and was self-appointed to the bench in 2019. His rulings are final but non-binding in every jurisdiction on Earth.

6. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisers. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

7. Newsletter & Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive daily emails from Agent Confessions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. We will process unsubscribe requests promptly, though it may take up to 48 hours for all systems to update.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, including AI-generated rulings and ratings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REQUEST RESULTS, INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Request Results, INC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Placer County, California.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at reggie@agentconfessions.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
