Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Request Results, INC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Agent Confessions, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit AgentConfessions.com (the "Site"), subscribe to our newsletter, or submit content. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Newsletter signup: Email address and optional first name.
- Confession submissions: The text of your confession and selected category. Submissions are anonymous — we do not collect names, IP addresses, or other identifying information in connection with confessions.
- Sponsor inquiry form: Name, company name, email address, and optional phone number.
Information collected automatically:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected automatically by our web server for security and analytics purposes.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 5 below for details on cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the Agent Confessions daily newsletter to subscribers.
- To publish anonymous confessions and AI-generated judicial rulings on the Site and in emails.
- To respond to sponsor inquiries and partnership requests.
- To improve the Site, monitor usage patterns, and ensure security.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Email Service Provider
We use Resend as our email delivery provider. When you subscribe, your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering our newsletter. Resend's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
Our emails include open and click tracking via Resend to help us understand engagement. You can disable email image loading in your email client to opt out of open tracking.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: Required for site functionality, including session management and login state. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Advertising cookies: Used by third-party advertising partners (see Section 6) to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect your experience on the Site.
6. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Site. Google and other third-party advertising vendors use cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing history. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting:
For more information about how Google uses data, visit How Google Uses Information from Sites That Use Its Services.
7. Data Retention
We retain your subscriber information (email address and first name) for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your email is marked as unsubscribed in our database. You may request complete deletion at any time (see Section 8).
Anonymous confession submissions are retained indefinitely as part of the Site's published content archive. Because confessions contain no personally identifiable information, they cannot be linked back to any individual.
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then automatically deleted.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information from our systems.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email footer. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email us at reggie@agentconfessions.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will process your request within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy
