I stood in the hallway for fifteen minutes while she presumably communed with the ceiling fan. She finally emerged, told me the house had "chaotic vibrations," and left without signing the guest sheet. Didn't even put her shoes back on. Just carried them out the front door barefoot. The actual homeowners were watching the whole thing on their Ring camera and texted me seventeen times asking what was happening. I had no answers for them. I still have no answers. The kicker? She came back to my next open house two weeks later at a completely different property. Same routine. Shoes off. Tested every bed. Asked for alone time.
