The best part? My broker announced this initiative at our quarterly meeting like she'd invented sliced bread, complete with a PowerPoint presentation. Meanwhile, she hasn't closed a deal herself since 2019 and spends most of her time redecorating her office and posting motivational quotes to our company Slack channel. Last week she sent us a forty-five minute video about "synergizing our brand identity" that she recorded in her kitchen. I could hear her dog barking the entire time.
